The Reason the Living Room is not a playroom
Because hard furniture really hurts when you slam your head into it. *I can't seem to get a good picture of it, but the kid has a pretty good shiner. But did he learn his lesson? No, within 2 hours he was jumping off the couch again.
I don't know you, so don't think I'm crazy. I linked to your blog from my cousin Joni S.'s blog because you were highly recommended (I believe she used the term 'fabulous writing') and I just have to say I laughed really hard while reading your 2008 highlights post! I too have three kids (all boys, but the same scenarios go on in my house:) and just have to say one thing: AMEN! Joni was right, your blog is really funny and I might come back and visit occasionally (probably when I'm at that stage where you don't know whether to laugh, cry, or run away...) to get a good laugh!
